Factor Analysis

During the EFA process, three items related to the Attitude Towards Novel Food (NF) scale were identified as outliers and subsequently removed to improve the statistical Model Fit and internal consistency. The final factor solution demonstrated excellent fit statistics (CFI = 1, TLI = 1, RMSEA < 0.06), confirming that the retained structure is empirically sound for measuring consumer perceptions of novel foods.
