Die Auswertung erfolgt, indem für jede Dimension des Vier-Komponenten-Modells der Mitarbeiterbindung der Mittelwert der jeweils zu dieser Dimension gehörenden Items gebildet wird, d.h.:
- Affektive Mitarbeiterbindung (A): Mittelwert der Items 1 bis 5
- Kognitive Mitarbeiterbindung (K): Mittelwert der Items 6 bis 9
- Normative Mitarbeiterbindung (N): Mittelwert der Items 10 bis 13
